I graduated from The British School of Osteopathy, London, in 1981, having completed the full time four year course. My first two years in practice were spent working in a very busy practice in Sussex obtaining valuable insights from my experienced principal. During this time I was invited back to the British School of Osteopathy to teach part time, and took part in extensive postgraduate training in Cranial Osteopathy. I have chosen not to branch out into other forms of therapy, but to make the study and practice of osteopathy my lifelong focus.

In 1983 I started my own practice in Tenterden, which I moved to its current location in 1996. This allowed me to have a purpose built clinic and better facilities for patients.

As a registered Osteopath I am governed by the General Osteopathic Council, a statutory body with powers like those of the General Medical or Dental Councils. I continue to undertake regular postgraduate study.

I hold teaching qualifications in Kung Fu, Tai Ji and Qi Gong. I have four grown up children.
